Managed to get the translation done pretty quickly as the dialogue in this chapter was fairly simple.

I like how Shion keeps switching between "Mr. Noah" (ノアさん/Noah-san) and "Old Man Noah" (ノアじい/Noah-jii) depending on how exasperated he's feeling with him at the moment.

Okay, Noah is an angelic Jesus Dog if Shion and the narrator are seeing him as an angel. But seriously, Shion is just so confused like shit right now. How was he the only one tumbling while Noah just teleports back into the ground safely?

Narrator: "Noah had returned to his old self."

What the hell do you mean by "old self?"

Narrator: "Shion had seen everything. He had really seen Noah floating in the sky."

...So you're saying that Shion was hallucinating?

Oh this is why Wanwan killed Captain Bastard and his goons? Because he insulted him and the other Aka-ari dumbasses? Well there was no getting out of that, no matter how hard Captain Bastard tried after he murdered Tonov and two of Reika's kids. Now we can also blame Captain Bastard for causing the deaths of his followers right there. But still, seeing Captain Bastard's death satisfies me.

Lifeforms dwell within Wanwan? So the ass worms are still inside him and making him mightier like he is the evil that descends? Well that's rich.

• As glad as I am to see some full-colored pages, they were ultimately a waste. They didn’t provide any confirmation on character colors that we don’t know for sure like the previous colored opener did for Kin, Tama, Buna, Kogomi, and Shuou. I do like the starry cosmic sky tho, even if that was most likely the work of an assistant and not poor old Yoshi himself.
• I wonder if Zion’s starting to think Noah’s really going senile
• M’kay, now we’re back with ex-captain Tatsumi and co… oh heck, they’re running into Wanwan!
• Ohhh fudge. Wanwan’s gonna kill them, isn’t he? Are we never gonna get to see Maru or Sunny do something in vengeance for Tonov?
• C’mon Yoshi, I’d like at least one of ‘em to survive and have a redemption arc… I wanna see them beat up by Sunny or Maru during it ‘cause seriously they all need more development
• Aw fuck. Looks like RIP for Tatsumi

• White my ass, Noah’s silver/pale gray. He’s not the same shade as Akame or Jyo and I don’t think Weimaraners can be white unless albino. And albinos have pink skin and red/pink eyes so that’s not a possibility on gray-nosed yellow-eyed Noah - who btw as a purebred Weimaraner should technically be blue/gray-eyes instead, right?
• Geez I’m so nitpicky today

Someone please start an AU where Tatsumi and/or some of his companions were able to make it south and start a new pack with more positive ways I just really feel that killing off that whole group was yet another waste of potential as well as interesting character designs.

idk if I'm just cynical, but I fully assume that Tatsumi would just have become the local bandit of some small town on one of Japan's southern islands, maybe even going about it like Yuusuke in GDW by terrorizing the dogs of some small town by claiming he's a former Ohu soldier himself.

Speaking of which... what happened to the whole "everyone thinks the Ohu army's dead" thing? Why does he suddenly say the Ohu army's influence spans the whole country (or at least Honshu) when 99% of the dog population should still think they're all gone? Was someone busy running around Japan and spreading the truth during the weeks the Ohu dogs were huddling inside Saheiji's mine teaching history lessons to each other?

Out of all the villains to have too many followers, Wanwan is the one that has me puzzled the most. I mean Victor's allies were only ever trained to obey orders but these guys just went along with this dude for no reason (at least one that is not ever explained) and whether they were around him, they froze even though he made it clear he wanted to eat them! Maybe they deserve to die for how stupid they were to think of him as a leader in the first place!
