GNG stage performance announced today!

Wouldnt it super cool if all this stuff for Ginga got Yoshi enough to remake the first season to a more HD style?

I'll repeat here what I said in the LOTPW topic: I'm curious if this is going to be better or worse than the Finnish GNG fan musical, which was amazing. From what I understand this'll be done by professional actors, so that makes me pretty hopeful. You can see the wolves on the teaser, too, so I assume they'll also be including the wolf arc, which the musical didn't.

Also, from the official Twitter:
Screenplay will be written by Maruichirou Maruo (丸尾丸一郎). A quick Google search reveals he also directed a screen adaptation of Katekiyo Hitman Reborn! so this apparently won't be his first time converting manga into a play. Wikipedia has a list of all his works, though sadly only in Japanese.
Cast members will include Hiroki Sana (佐奈宏紀) and Naoya Gomoto (郷本 直也), who actually has a English Wikipedia article.

The music from Cats could very well fit into the Ginga Stage, if it turns out it’s a musical (since it sounds so 80’s, like GNG’s music)

It's kinda what I expected them to look like, though I think the dramatic photo of people with dog ears is just so funny/amusing to me.

I gotta say that I love the Riki costume. He's certainly rocking that coat cape look.

Also Gin seems to be wearing the most impractical JRPG hero clothes known to man and that just seems so strangely appropriate that it's perfect.
