Hi I'm new here, I'm looking forward to starting GDW.
Have all chapters been translated so far?

From what is up here
Kaibutsu arc is done
Hougen arc is mostly translated
Monkey and Russian arc is done
And Hybrid Bear arc is only like 3 chapters translated I think?

So mostly, but not fully

For me personally, I'm still reading it despite the missing parts. Though there is some important deaths that do happen in those as far as I can recall? (I'm gonna be just as lost as you reading xD), so if that's something that bothers you, I'd say wait. But since I dunno when the next installments will be, I'm just going on ahead and will come back when it's posted.

I've been working slowly at the Hougen arc, and took a break on the Hybrid Bear one to focus more on Hougen's arc >3< so nope, there's no specific times or anything set since it's just out of helping when I can.

how is Aram able to breath without any skin on his nose and muzzle?

I think even without the skin, his skull hole nose still affects his breathing and he still has his lungs too, so it'd either be pretty normal oorrr he drowns even faster because the opening of his nose is bigger. I also think he wouldn't be able to smell as strongly as other dogs without his dog nose, since thats what make them able to pick up scents so well.

Why did the anime differ so much from the manga? So many little things were modified. Low budget?

I assume that it has a lot to do with time constraints of anime episodes (episodes which are only around 30 minutes long) + how many episodes there were in GDW. With only 26 episodes both scenes and characters would have to be cut from the manga for the more important scenes/characters and to have the story flow in a way that would get it wrapped up within 26 episodes, while also telling the story smoothly.
