I tried to use google transelate and that obviously didn't go very well but one thing I got was that Chibi said that he can't wait to meet Sirius. Bob might start to think about telling him but I'm not at all sure about that.

Yes! We finally get to see sweet ol' Noah again! But he still looks all dirty... can someone please clean him up?
And Mama Reika is there and looking much better, too!

Oh no... is Noah still suffering head trauma? Has he had another prediction? Was he communicating telepathically with someone?! At least their segment ends on all 6 of them looking happy.

Aww, and Chibi-bear is back again so soon!
Is it just me, or is there something... off about how Bob is drawn in this chapter? And the poor guy's still struggling with his PTSD... I'd love to see Chibi-bear be the one to help him through it.

Where exactly are Orion and his fanboys going? To find the chonks? With just their numbers? Yeah, that is likely going to come to a sticky conclusion...

- Cool to see that Maru and Sunny went with Orion's group too... but it also makes me nervous because I frankly would not put it past Yoshi to kill off yet another youngster
- Ahh, we do se Noah and his current group again!
- Has anyone noticed that Buna and Kogomi's scruffy muzzles which they started out with disappeared? I'm a bit irked by that, I like seeing more scruffy characters, especially since the Kama bros are missing!
- !?!! I also wouldn't put it past Yoshi to kill off Noah all of a sudden, but to me it once again defeats the point of naming the series Ginga Densetsu Noah (other than to make it not confusable with Ginga Densetsu (Weed) Orion). It seems really dumb to me to kill him off now, if that's really what's happening..
- Oh Reika, it's good to see a female character's face again c'x
- Wonder if he's somehow able to magically sense Tama's no longer alive... in which case shouldn't he have been able to realize it sooner? Could explain the collapsing, since he did that when he found out the 'Demon King' meteor was on the way...
- And she's crying, yep, unless she's just sad/scared for Noah possibly declining, Noah definitely must've figured out. Poor Reika though! She doesn't deserve to have lost all but one of her kids after her mate, yet here I am now wondering if Yoshi would dare kill off the last child too, considering he's left the ark with Orion's team.
- What're Tanisha and Kanachoro (the pups) cheering about? I'm not sure now's a great time to do so in front of a grieving mom
- Chibi's mane looks so smoothed against the top of his head on page 10 that it's barely noticeable O.o
- Ah, we get another shot of Monsoon due to Bob thinking of him. Ngl I was starting to wonder if Monsoon's existence had become one of those things Yoshi wanted to forget like the wolf and monkey arcs.

So we finally get to see Noah and the others again. I wonder what Reika is crying about. Did Noah find out about Tama or something? But if that's the case, why are the two pups cheering? I doubt they would do that in front of Reika if they knew about it.

"Here, there is also one male who has been waiting for the crescent moon...!"



Noah is gazing at the moon with his "mind's eye" and contemplating his "special ability". Even he himself doesn't know how he acquired it and apparently he'd sometimes speak without realizing it himself (I guess he's got that "seer goes into a trance when the prophecy hits" sort of thing going on?). He's just as puzzled about why he survived getting bitten by Shuou, even though he should have died right away.

However, he's interrupted by his little friends coming up to him and asking if he's okay.



They call his name one more time, causing Noah to ask them what's the matter. Tanishi asks Noah what's the matter and if he's worried about Orion, but Noah replies "Hm? Oh... Orion and the others are fine!" Kogomi expresses relief at this, while the puppies say "It means we'll see him again, right?", to which Noah replies "Yes... Certainly..."



Then Noah starts groaning and falls down, causing the others to ask what's wrong. Noah starts agonizing over the fact that if he attempts to "view" events "past that point", he gets a splitting headache. He then wonders if it means that his life is nearing its end.



Reika asks him again if he's okay, and Noah says that he is. He then addresses her, talks about Orion and the others "weathering the trial of the great demon king", and then begs her to take "these children" to the Paradise of Ohu.



Reika asks him to stop saying things like that and what's this all of a sudden. Noah replies he's had a revelation/vision and that he must leave on a journey, adding that he can't bring the children on such a long trip. Reika is understandably pretty confused about all this, but Noah says that there's no escaping destiny and that both Reika and the kids have to leave this place after he does, too.



He then says "Please, Reika-dono, let these children grow up well in the Paradise. Into strong and happy adults..." Reika is still weirded out by this whole thing, but she then seems resigned and asks Noah if they'll at least be able to see him off. Noah then gives this... quasi-philosophical sounding answer about the beginning of his journey being the beginning of his redemption/rebirth and he's going to be heading towards the the future (in the "go forward without looking back" sense), so there's no need to be sad at all. Reika then bursts into tears and the puppies ask "What's the matter, Auntie? Why are you crying?".



Reika then says/possibly lies that she's just crying out of happiness because she was thinking about meeting Kinta and Tamasaburou who left earlier again (oh dear). The puppies then start cheering because that's got to mean that they get to see Orion again, too! Reika cries some more and Noah says that it's decided then, and that they should spend the rest of the day resting. Finally, he says that "Departure will be tomorrow morning... And it'll be early!"



Chibi asks Bob if he's sure that "Niigata's this way", causing Bob to snap that he doesn't know. Chibi comments that Bob isn't very dependable, causing him to basically say "Shut up, lowly bear!". Chibi then points out that Bob seems angry and asks if the thing making him angry is "something funny", causing Bob to look confused.



Bob then thinks that Chibi really musn't be aware of his mane himself and wonders if Orion and the others noticed it, while Chibi says he wants to see Sirius soon (oh dear, oh dear...). Of course, this confuses Bob and he wonders if Chibi is still half-asleep. Chibi just keeps digging himself deeper as he asks "Sirius and Orion... Did they make up?", causing Bob to say "I dunno! I haven't heard anything about that!", causing Chibi to apologize with a sheepish laugh. Bob then further thinks about how Chibi doesn't seem to know about Sirius's death and wonders if he's really going to be the one to break the news to him.



It's said that the figure of a grown-up Chibi (read: Monsoon) was bouncing around Bob's mind, and said figure was causing him to have flashbacks.



Chibi asks if Shion is in Niigata, too, causing Bob to once again snap that he doesn't know. As a reminder of some TLW lore, Chibi then mentions how Shion's supposed to have good bear friends in Niigata and Nagano, which is where he learned to speak the bear language. Bob basically says "Oh, really... By the way...", causing Chibi to react in confusion, and he then goes on to say that seeing the fur on the back of Chibi's head makes his blood boil.



With Orion in the lead, the group of eight dogs comprised of "the elite of the young soldiers" (Orion, Kin, Andy, Bon, Yamabiko, Munechika, Maru, and Sunny) headed out to face the Aka'ari brothers, after leaving Rigel in charge of the elderly.



They talk about how they've been looking forward to this evening and even though they're hungry, it feels good to run to their heart's content, and that since the Aka'ari bros probably haven't had anything to eat either now's the right time to strike (yeah, I'm sure you'll be MUCH more difficult to rip apart than a goddamn military robot... not to mention that unlike that thing, you ARE very much edible...).

Meanwhile, inside the mine Rigel is thinking about his new task of leading the elderly and the injured away, and how managing to get an army of about 200 dogs away without being noticed is going to be tough, and he has some doubts about whether he can do it.



Beniou and Wanwan comment on how it seems to have gotten clearer and how the air seems cleaner, while Shuou says that he's starving because they haven't had anything to eat.



Shuou suggests they go back to the place where they clashed with the Ohu army earlier, because there should be lots of corpses there. Wanwan calls him an idiot and says that they don't eat dogs because they want to, they only do it because it's effective at frightening subordinates into obeying them. Shuou replies that they don't have much choice, he likes it, and that "meat is meat, right?!". Wanwan ends up agreeing that he's got a point.



Shuou says "Is this the place?", causing Beniou to chastise him and ask if he doesn't know. Shuou then says that he can't tell which way is which because everything is scorched to the ground and he can't even smell properly, which understandably pisses Wanwan off quite a bit. He then says that "you're starting to look like food yourself, asshole", causing Shuou to quite understandably go "bro wtf???".

And here's the bogus April Fool's version of the summary (I separated the two so people don't have to slog through the fake one post-April Fool's day):

Reika is understandably pretty confused about this. Noah then begs for her to look after the children if/when he dies.



Reika asks him to stop saying things like that and what's this all of a sudden. Noah explains that he "knows too much" and that "a force greater than anything on this Earth" is targeting him, and that there's nothing any of them can do about it. He further explains that once the "great demon king" is through with him, it might go after the kids next.



He then says that the only thing that can protect the kids from the great demon is "a mother's love" and they'll be in great danger unless Reika takes them in, causing her to understandably be even more confused. However, she seems to realize that it can't be helped and agrees to Noah's request. Noah then smiles and says that he understands her hesitation and confusion, but he's certain that she'll do a great job and that he can rest easy knowing that the pups are safe even after he's gone. Reika starts crying (not that I can blame her, the whole situation is pretty messed up), causing the pups to ask her what Noah's talking about.



Reika then blatantly lies and says she's just crying from joy because she's got such fine young sons and explains that "from now on, I'm your mother". The puppies of course don't understand what's going on so they're just happy that they finally have a mommy. Reika silently cries at this while Noah sticks to the lie and says they should go to bed so they'll have plenty of energy to play with their mother tomorrow.



Chibi asks Bob if he's sure they're going the right way, causing Bob to tell him to shut up and just go where he says. Chibi asks him to be a bit nicer, causing Bob to snap that he'll talk however he wants to him. Chibi then meekly says he can't help but feel a bit uneasy being alone with an adult dog, causing Bob to look confused.



Bob then thinks about how, despite his relationship with Shion and Sirius, Chibi was still treated quite coldly by the other Ohu dogs so that's probably why he doesn't feel comfortable in the current situation. Chibi says he hopes they find a river they could fish in soon, but Bob just continues his internal monologue and thinks about how "this damn bear thinks he knows what fear is". Chibi then asks if he's sure "he knows the way to where Sirius is", causing Bob to again snap that of course he does and he should just do what he says, causing Chibi to apologize. Bob then thinks about finding "a good place" to "get rid of him" (and you couldn't just kill him when you first saw him because...? He was all alone back there, too.)



It's said that seeing Chibi's red mane reminded Bob of Monsoon and that he saw Chibi as a way of "getting the revenge against Monsoon he never was brave enough to get before", which is getting him excited.



Chibi then asks Bob what Sirius is doing such a long way from Ohu, causing Bob to tell him to shut up again. However, he continues pressing the issue and asks if "Mr. Weed still hasn't let Sirius back into the Paradise" and if Sirius had found a new place to live, causing Bob to say "You could say that... Fufufu...". This alerts Chibi a bit and Bob goes full supervillain by saying "Don't worry, it's not far from here" and "You'll be seeing him real soon"



With Orion's group (comprised of himself, Kin, Andy, Bon, Yamabiko, Munechika, Maru, and Sunny) running off to fight the Aka'ari, Rigel is left behind feeling confused and betrayed.



They talk about how good it feels to be able to run outside again, how they're full of spirit even though they're hungry, and generally how they're so awesome they can kick the Aka'ari bros' asses by themselves without the need of an army.

Meanwhile, inside the mine Rigel is thinking about his new title, how he really wanted to go fight alongside the others, and how he'll explain this to his father and the others. He then starts hesitantly thinking something ("Maybe... Maybe I should..." and "It wouldn't be right... But I should show Orion what happens when you make a fool out of me!")



Beniou and Wanwan comment on how it seems to have gotten clearer and how the air seems cleaner, but Shuou seems confused about Wanwan being glad to see the moon.



Shuou says that Wanwan's "illness" first began after they'd been moongazing one night and asks if he isn't worried it's gonna happen again. Wanwan is surprised by this and tells Shuou that he's an idiot, his illness has nothing to do with the moon and the fact that it started when it did was just a coincidence, and if he wants to use his brain he should think of a way for them to get some food. Shuou tells him to calm down and suggests heading to the woods again, to which Wanwan agrees.



The forest is still as empty as it was the last time they came there, causing Shuou and Beniou to curse a bit about how there's no food. Shuou then comments how the moonlight is making the smoke from the fire "smell weird" and how it feels like "it's not from this earth" (oh boy, magical space radiation here we go). Wanwan gets pissed and asks him why he seems scared of such things and that "this is why you were too weak to receive its power", causing Shuou to understandably freak out a bit.

The puppies are very excited to see Orion soon! They really like him as a big brother. I think it’s adorable!

Noah going on a journey will be interesting. I hope he does reunite with Orion so they can both go on an important adventure together. But wait, he asks Reika to take the puppies to Paradise? Damn it. How long will it take for them to see Orion again like they wish? I suppose Buna and Kogomi are going with Noah, or heading to Paradise?

So...Reika is crying because of Noah’s explanation? Jesus Christ, it’s going to be painful once Reika really finds out about Tama’s death.

Man, Bob is being so aggressive toward Chibi that I really shouldn’t be shocked if he ends up killing him because of the damn red mane.

Bob almost became my least favorite right there oops I'm glad he actually isn't planning to kill Chibi.. And speaking of him, I wonder how he is going to react to Sirius's death.
