Episode 10 (Elegy to the Dogs) of Excel Saga is an entire Ginga parody.

In the Japanese version, the pack leader (with a star-shaped scar on his head) introduces himself as Takahashi. Can't remember if the name's the same in the dub.

This scene from Saint Seiya (that GNG-like part begins at 1:29)! I still remember when I saw this episode first time and this was so unexpected. But this series is also from Toei Animation, so...
